“Picked us up early which was nice. 2-man crew was definitely more interested in the happenings on their phones than paying attention to our family. No safety briefing, no casual conversation just noses in their phones the entire time. Parasailing was fun would parasail again just not with this company.”

“Key to the Sea was professional and easy to communicate with. We asked for an earlier time than we initially booked and they were accommodating to us. They also came to Tuttle cove and picked us up rather than us going to Grace Bay. Captain and deck hand were helpful through the process. It was not favorite activity overall but that had nothing to do with them more me and the wind.”

Captain Marvin’s assistant looked like he didn’t want to be there and was barking orders. It was unnerving. Capt Marvin was slightly more engaging. The parasailing part was good-you should expect to be on top no more than ten minutes top. 3 stars because it lacked the fun factor and was left w/o wanting to do it again.”
