“We had a tour at 9am. I woke up ill and knowing the bathroom situation on their boat (repeat customer) I contacted them at 5 am to ask to change our time. No response so my husband went and met the boat to talk to them. They lied and said we canceled and kept our money and refused to let us do it another time. There were 5 other times we could have done the trip and being off season there was room on other cruises they had. I know it wasn't within their 24 hour cancelation period but we didn't want to cancel and they give you no grace.…”

The tour guides were knowledgeable and made sure we got to see as much wildlife as possible. It was a little windy that day but there is nothing you could do about it. The only difference is that you have to walk outside of the main port gate to get to the tram. Although this might be challenging for people with mobility issues, my mom uses a walker and we made it there! Just allow yourself enough time for the walk if this is your situation (1/2 hour to be safe).
