“It was a must do while in TCI. Make sure to bring a hat and sunscreen. You’ll see turtles, a lot of turtles, jellyfish and if you are lucky some bonefish.”

“*** I would give a 1 star to Viator because someone messaged me that the tour started at 3 and not 2:30. So, be careful when you book. Luckily we still decided to make it to the original 2:30 time and made the trip, but just barely. However, I would give the tour 5 stars. We did have fun. The tour guides were knowledgeable and made sure we got to see as much wildlife as possible. It was a little windy that day but there is nothing you could do about it. We just enjoyed all that we saw and did.”

“Our tour guide, Allie, was the best! Very knowledgeable and made sure we were able to see the marine life in the mangroves. Also learned a lot about the history and geography of the TCI islands. Highly recommend this experience if you wanna see sea turtles, baby sharks, and great views.”

“Tour was great but the operator supposedly arranged transportation from our hotel at a pre arranged rate of $16 pp round trip. When we finished the driver demanded that we pay $24 pp even though I showed him the viator correspondence and the agreed upon rates. It was a lousy ending and kind of ruined the afternoon for us, we felt bad and paid the increased rate after the driver was rude to us.”

“Very disappointing experience. I'm only giving it 2 stars because Innocent the guide did everything he could to make lemonade from lemons. Kudos to him and the staff in general. Unfortunately, we only saw vague fleeting glimpses of turtle outlines and a single baby lemon shark. Tide was low do we were in no more than 2-3 feet of water. Saw nothing at all through the clear bottom kayak except sand and seaweed. Currents were so strong as to make kayaking difficult, so much so that Innocent pulled us around on the jetski. Again no complaints about service but not all all what we thought we were going to see…”

They went above and beyond to ensure that my husband and I had a great time, and our photos came out nicely. This excursion was worth every penny. Everyone was funny, and they made my husband and I feel like we were family. I would definitely do this again and stop by to say hi when I come back to Grand Turk.”

“The guide was amazing but we paddled to the side and were left there for over an hour in the hot sun. A guy on a jet ski passing pulled over and told us the people running the tour forgot about us. The guide had to ride on the back of the jet ski to shore to come get us. Confirmed they forgot us. Never even got an apology”
